Returns and Exchanges

At URBAN Traveler we guarantee 100% satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it, unused, within 30 days for a prompt refund. ALL returns and exhanges must be accompanied with a sales receipt.  Returns after 30 days will be for in-store credit only.  Visit us at our Roseville Commons or Calhoun Square location.

If defective, used merchandise will follow it's specific manufacturers warranty policies. A check will be issued for returns and will be sent within 7-10 working days from the date merchandise was returned. All gift items must be returned with the proper box, instructions, and adapter/hardware.  Charge refunds will be processed as soon as the returned merchandise has been received by us. Returns on converters and adapters after 10 days are for in-store credit only. No returns on monogrammed merchandise. Please mail your merchandise back to us via UPS or USPS (insured mail), postage prepaid, enclosing your packing slip.
