Repairs
We offer free* Warranty Repairs on all luggage purchased at URBAN Traveler stores and our web site.
* With proof of purchase from URBAN Traveler within the manufacturers specified warranty period.
Refer to product information cards for warranty restrictions.
Luggage not purchased at URBAN Traveler may be repaired by our repair service at the owner's expense.
Damage Claim items (airline, train, bus, etc.) must have a letter of authorization for such claims and will be processed through the claim channels of the insurer.
